Microwave Spectroscopy of the Low-Temperature Skyrmion State in <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mrow><mml:mi>Cu</mml:mi></mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn>2</mml:mn></mml:mrow></mml:msub></mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mrow><mml:mi>OSeO</mml:mi></mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn>3</mml:mn></mml:mrow></mml:msub></mml:mrow></mml:math>

In the cubic chiral magnet ${\mathrm{Cu}}_{2}{\mathrm{OSeO}}_{3}$ a low-temperature skyrmion state (LTS) and concomitant tilted conical are observed for magnetic fields parallel to $⟨100⟩$. Here, we report on dynamic resonances of these novel states. After promoting nucleation LTS by means field cycling, apply broadband microwave spectroscopy in two experimental geometries that provide either predominantly in-plane or out-of-plane excitation. By comparing results linear spin-wave theory, clearly identify resonant modes associated with state, gyrational breathing LTS, as well hybridization mode dark octupole gyration mediated magnetocrystalline anisotropies. Most intriguingly, our findings suggest under decreasing hexagonal lattice becomes unstable respect an oblique deformation, reflected formation elongated skyrmions.
